Privacy Commitment

We will honor our Privacy Policy throughout the shutdown process. Your personal and genetic data will never be sold or transferred as part of this wind-down. We will continue to comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

Data Deletion

Following a short grace period after shutdown, all personal and genetic data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Please note: We recommend downloading or screenshotting your reports before December 31, 2025, as reports will no longer be accessible after shutdown.

Subscriptions & Billing

All active subscriptions will be automatically canceled on December 31, 2025. No charges will occur after that date.
